Program Description
Building on our Recreational Gymnastics Program, expand your child's recreational gymnastics fundamentals with our trained and experienced coaches, who break down each movement, focusing on flexibility, strength, and skill as they move through the GRIT Recreational Gymnastics program. Athletes will demonstrate their skills in the floor (forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, front splits, right splits, left splits), beam (walking, balance, beam cartwheels), and bar movements. Strength & flexibility become more important as skill levels advance. Athletes may spend more time on drills to accomplish these skills as well as repetition to master them. Athletes are encouraged to train multiple times per week to speed up their learning.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations within the 24-hour notice period may incur a fee of up to 50% of the lesson cost. Full refunds are available for cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice. In cases of emergency or illness, exceptions can be made at the discretion of the provider.

Our Sports Training facility is located in Downtown Jersey City with Gymnastics, Parkour, Ninja Warrior, Obstacle Course Racing, Skateboarding, Sports Training, and Basketball programs for Youth, Teens, and Adults.
