Happy Yoga is a yoga experience for kids committed to introducing young people to a healthy and lifelong activity that is noncompetitive, non-judgmental, physically challenging, and a ton of fun! We are all about the vibration of yoga — both in the program and in the environment.

Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations within the 24-hour notice period may incur a fee of up to 50% of the lesson cost. Full refunds are available for cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice. In cases of emergency or illness, exceptions can be made at the discretion of the provider.

With seven years of expertise in yoga instruction, Simone began her journey by teaching yoga to kids aged 2 to 13. Witnessing the positive impact, she decided to extend the joy of yoga to adults as well, making Happy Yoga a haven for the whole family. Our studios, located in both New York and New Jersey, are designed to be inclusive, filled with laughter, and, most importantly, fun. Happy Yoga believes in the holistic approach to well-being, and that's why we've expanded our offerings to include dance and karate, providing a diverse range of activities for everyone.
