Program Description
Basketball Fundamentals & Skills GRIT's Basketball Fundamentals & Skills program helps young athletes establish their core basketball skills while learning the fundamentals of the game. To be good at basketball, you can't just play in the winter. It's a four-season game. Come practice with GRIT! It's fast-paced and tons of fun! Young players will learn: * Game Basics (how to play the game) * Core Skills (dribbling, defense, passing, shooting) * Mental Strategies (values needed to play as a team) * Conditioning (speed, agility, quickness, stamina, coordination) * Modified, age-appropriate gameplay

Offers Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations within the 24-hour notice period may incur a fee of up to 50% of the lesson cost. Full refunds are available for cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice. In cases of emergency or illness, exceptions can be made at the discretion of the provider.

Our Sports Training facility is located in Downtown Jersey City with Gymnastics, Parkour, Ninja Warrior, Obstacle Course Racing, Skateboarding, Sports Training, and Basketball programs for Youth, Teens, and Adults. We are not your ordinary gym. Our programs are designed to improve your speed, coordination, flexibility & athleticism.
