Description
Students will learn the basics of Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kyokushin Karate styles. Class is comprised of a warm-up, Lessons in punching and Kicking Techniques, shadow boxing, and partnered padwork. Integrating physical education with conditioning aimed at improving coordination, motor skills, agility, and flexibility.
