Description

Each yoga class has an affirmation (theme): Kindness Begins With Me, Peace Begins With Me, I Am So Strong, I Am So Brave, I Can Slow Down, and I Am So Awesome. Playing with affirmations helps keep kids focused as they learn yoga poses, yoga games, and breathing techniques in class. My passion is to share yoga with kids by offering them the tools to feel grounded, balanced, strong, flexible and learn body awareness to self-regulate emotions on/off the yoga mat.
