Description

GRIT Tumblers learn the key fundamentals of tumbling & gymnastics while improving gross and fine motor skills, balance, and strength. Building on our Future Tumblers program, budding gymnasts will learn forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, beam walking, kip bar, and jumps on an air trampoline. Each movement is broken down into specific skill sets that must be mastered in order to move up to the next level. Budding gymnasts will learn to excel while building flexibility, strength, and skill progression. Each class is 1 hour long and consists of warm-up drills, skills training, and practice followed by games at the end and finally a cool down.

GRIT’s Mission is to get Kids ACTIVE! Our Sports Training facility is located in Downtown Jersey City with Gymnastics, Parkour, Ninja Warrior, Obstacle Course Racing, Skateboarding, Sports Training, and Basketball programs for Youth, Teens, and Adults. We are not your ordinary gym. Our programs are designed to improve your speed, coordination, flexibility & athleticism.
