Description
In this class, swimmers must be able to keep their head in the water for 2-3 strokes and come up for a breath, for 3 to 4 body lengths unassisted to join this class. We will work on getting the swimmers to propel themselves independently with good freestyle form and rhythmic breathing, rotary breathing for at least 15 yards. Treading water and standing dives will also be introduced. Equipment required*
