Description
Talk about being on the move! At this age, little ones’ abilities are exploding: they are communicating, running, showing interest in friends, and can’t stop exploring! What to expect in class: It’s all about opposites: loud and quiet, fast and slow, up and down! Contrasting ‘themes’ helps your child learn better ways to communicate. We move across the bridge slowly and then fast! They'll learn how to control body movements and use their body to navigate and problem-solve across monkey bars, giant cushions, and through little tunnels. We’ll also practice repetition and routine with regular parachute and bubble activities. Soon your little one will be leading the Gymbo Dance! Benefits: * Physical: Exploration of the different equipment supports problem solving, navigating skills, and confidence. * Cognitive: Repetition, songs, and interacting with their familiar adult supports language development, vocabulary, and memory. * Social: Our classroom environment supports social and emotional development. * Adults: Need your little one to take a good nap? This class is high energy and full of fun. In fact- you might want to take a nap too!

About Gymboree Play & Music
Gymboree Play & Music’s mission is to discover the POWER OF PLAY to prepare children for a lifetime of learning. Our custom curriculum is uniquely created around three key elements of early childhood development: Social/Emotional, Cognitive, and Physical. From 0 to 5 years of age, Gymboree Play & Music is the global leader in early childhood development programs that have been fostering creativity and confidence for over 40 years. The Gymboree Play & Music program is designed by child development specialists. We know that the relationships and experiences children have in the early years of life have a profound impact on their future. 80% of the brain’s neural connections have been made by the age of three. Our programs are created with school readiness in mind for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers to learn through the discovery of play. Parents and caregivers provide a vital role in the success of our programs through participation and adult-child interactive play which is essential.
