Private party at your place. By booking a private party you are agreeing with these terms: 1)THIS PARTY IS NON-REFUNDABLE. This party is for 10 guests. 2)You understand that: • Before you buy the party you have to contact us for date and time availability. • You are paying for a private 2-hour painting party at your location. We will arrive probably an hour earlier to set up and leave an hour after we finish packing • You will have the tables and chairs for the number of guests you're buying this party for, and for any added person. • For Any other person added at the last minute, you can pay for on-site the day of your party, or arrange with Art Mango how to pay for the added people, at $45 per guest. When adding people to your event, you also have to give Art Mango a notice, at least a day before your party, so that we come with the right amount of art materials. • This item is not refundable. • At this guided painting party we will paint with acrylics on a 16 x 20 inches canvas. • We have music, or you can put your playlist. • We provide art materials. • We promote our business on social media, and we take photos of all our painting events. By buying this party you are agreeing to be photographed and/or filmed. We post and share with the public our pages. If there is any problem with someone in your party not wanting their photo on social media, we understand. Just contact us to opt out of our social media. • If as a result of your party Art Mango has heavy losses, like broken easels or brushes, you will be responsible for the cost of replacing these items. • For any concerns feel free to contact us, preferably by email or text.
