Our program teaches children the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu in a safe and structured environment. It’s designed to help our children develop physical fitness, while also learning self-defense principles. Our program emphasizes mental and emotional development as well. We teach children strategies for managing stress and anxiety, ways to develop self- esteem and self-confidence, and the importance of respect and discipline.
