Thiago Rela Academy offers the best of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai in Jersey City. Among the benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu are discipline, increased self-confidence, flexibility, improved physical conditioning, concentration, and endurance. All ages are welcome. Our goal is to coach students towards their objectives no matter what they initially are (self-defense, stress relief, career, weight loss, curiosity). The instructors are well prepared to push your limits accordingly. Our mission is to develop one's jiu-jitsu skills to make them better practitioners as well as better people outside of the mats.
