Description
Students enrolled in Team Endurance MMA after-school program have the opportunity to complete homework assignments under the supervision of our experienced staff members. They also participate in fun, structured martial art classes and other arts and recreational activities designed to improve physical fitness, increased confidence, and build strong character. Since children practice martial arts nearly every day, they also have the opportunity to learn effective self-defense skills and gain confidence through our kid's martial art program.

Welcome to Team Endurance MMA. TEMMA is a premier source for Kickboxing & Grappling Martial Arts in Jersey City, NJ. We are one of the largest martial arts schools in the area. Our 3,000-square-foot facility offers a boxing ring plus a spacious area dedicated to martial arts training. We are equipped with different size punching bags, weights, and pads. What makes our team a great place to train is the understanding that everyone has different goals for being on the mat. Your motive for training could be for Self-Defense, greater confidence, improve mobility… or maybe you just simply want to have a good time and get in great shape during the process, in any case… our programs fit most people's needs.
