Description

Students will learn the fundamentals of BJJ, basic techniques, and self-defense. Class is comprised of a warm-up, a study of self-defense techniques, study of takedowns and ground techniques. Practice ends with rounds of rolling starting from specific positions (Guard, Mount, Side Control, and other).
