Yoga Class for 7-10 year olds, Tuesdays 4:45pm – 5:45pm. While yoga is generally associated with adults, there are modified versions of these practices that can be introduced to kids. Here are some considerations and benefits of incorporating these activities: * Learning the language of feelings and emotions * Finding oneness * Learning how to live life sensibly * Safety * Development of gross motor skills * Body awareness and control * Improved flexibility and strength * Confidence and self-esteem
