Description

For those 10 and under, TennisApproach specializes in the latest USTA-endorsed 10 and under format. This format involves shorter courts, appropriately sized equipment, and a variety of new age-appropriate teaching methods by which movement and hand-eye coordination are introduced. 10 and under tennis eliminates the frustration often occurring to children when they use the wrong size racket and a net and or court that is too disproportional to their size.

About Tennis Approach

Since early 2010/11, TennisApproach has steadily grown to be a leader not only in initiating students into tennis in the Jersey City area but also developing them to be high-level players. Our mission is to take our students through a pathway to develop their potential. This is not easy as it takes many years and a commitment from the student, family, and coaches. When you light up a child’s eyes and commit to developing that child over 5 years, you can see the results of that child’s success. We impact hundreds of kids each year with our various tennis programs which include, school programs, summer camp, free clinics, and weekly and weekend programs. We are also about giving back and have established a non-profit arm of TennisApproach called Tennis A.C.E.S.
